Using the Kanban mode with Backlog display all the issues that are at the board in the backlog view

Description

Using the Kanban mode with Backlog display all the issues that are at the board in the backlog view.

This is very different from the behavior of the Kanban board from the Classic Project which the backlog displays the backlog section and only the issues from the first board column status.

Expected

At the backlog view, display only issues that are in Backlog and only the issues that were prioritized and from the first status.
At the board, display the issues that were moved from backlog to the board (first status) and issues that are in any other status.

Actual results

At the Next-Gen it displays all the issues from the board at the backlog view.
