Next-gen Projects - Issues created inside the board view should not move to the board backlog.

When you have the Backlog feature enabled, if you open the board view and create a new issue, this issue will automatically move to the Backlog tab and it won't appear on your board.

As a Jira Software user, I would like that issues created inside the board view will stay in the board view, even with the Backlog feature enabled.
