A few things:

1. Add a separate story-point counter to each Sprint's backlog view for blocked tickets so a user knows at a glance how many story points in their current sprint are blocked.  Currently the blocked story points are lumped together with the "In Progress" count.
2. Change the "blocked" color scheme from current (blue) to something else (red?).  This would apply to the Status dropdown option in each ticket, AND to the story-point counter for blocked tickets mentioned in item 1 above.
