Update "Creating a board" documentation to include information regarding "Location"

      Problem Definition

      • Documentation on how to create a new board - Creating a board doesn't include information on how to set a location and what that means. There is some information regarding "location" sprinkled across several documents such as What is a board?, but it's not clear how to configure the location(and what the best location would be for a board), i.e. why choose to make a "personal board" over putting the board on a project.

      Suggested Solution

      • Add instructions on how to configure the location of the board on the "Creating a board" page and provide information on what the location means for users who want to access that board(how can the board be accessed)?

      Why this is important

      • It's not immediately clear where a board should be located, how to select a location and how that will affect users - will other users be able to see the newly created board?
