When Sprints are enabled in a team-managed project, it is not possible to edit the Board name

When using sprints on Next-Gen project, the board name is changed and use the current active sprint name as board name, however, at the browser tab, the title still uses the old board name instead of being updated with the current name.

Workaround

As a workaround, disable Sprint and you will be able to edit the board's name. This will reflect the board name displayed on the browser tab.
