Next-Gen Projects: Company management screen that displays all next-gen projects

We create a project for every main feature, and the company management needs a way to view all the Jiras of the company in order to assign the weekly tasks for every employee. The only way to view everything right now is via a kanban in an old kanban that filters on all projects, but it's super slow and uncomfortable to work with. We need something like the new-gen backlog with all projects!
