Add option to move Issue to sprint from Issue detail in next gen project

There is no way how to move issue from issue view (eg. url https://mapotic.atlassian.net/browse/MAP-353) from backlog to sprint! 

As a user i have to go to the backlog after creating an issue and scroll down and manually find new issue and then move it to the sprint.

Another bad thing is, that on issue view, there is no information whether issue is in backlog or in sprint - just Status, but it do not tell whether is in sprint or in backlog.
