Description
Hello Everyone,
We are happy to announce that the ability to customize the configuration of email notifications on next-gen projects is now available on all JSW and JSD next-gen projects.

Problem Definition
Currently, it is not possible to configure the notification for the Next-Gen (formerly Agility) projects.
Suggested Solution
Please allow to configure who can to the notifications in different issue activities as in the Classic projects.
Why this is important
Currently, all events are sending the notifications to current assignee, reporter and watchers. This could under/over notified the required personnel in different use case.
