Problem Definition

Currently, it's only possible to disable the issue detail view feature instance wide for JIRA Core boards.

Suggested Solution

Add a new checkbox that will disable the feature for JIRA Software boards as well (Including Next-gen).

Why this is important

Customers should have the option to disable this for software boards as well.

Workaround

Each user must deactivate the feature on their profile settings to affect the software boards. In Next-gen, this is not an option.
