Cumulative Flow Diagram shows negative values due to duplicate transition history

      When there is duplicate transition history, Cumulative Flow Diagram in JIRA Software will show negative values in the overview chart.

      Actual behavior

      Negative values are showing below zero line

      Expected behavior

      The minimum values show in the graph should be zero
