Description
As a jira-admin I wish the Release Notes that only affect Jira Administrators (i.e. Admin screens) were separated from the Release Notes that affect the End Users (i.e. Front End screens). This would enable me to send a link to the Release Notes to my end users instead of having to find and then cut-n-paste the relevant chunks of information into an email for them.
