Expose Card Layout in the JIRA Software API

    Description

      Currently it is not possible to read Card Layouts via the JIRA Software REST API.

      Being able to read the Card Layout from JIRA Software would more closely align Add-on Easy Agile User Story Maps with the JIRA Software layout users are used to.

      We cannot currently retrieve the card layouts in JIRA Cloud as they are not available via the JIRA Software REST API
