Unable to use Agile Marketing Plugin in OnDemand

Using Google Chrome I cannot create a new Agile project. I am using the 30-day trial of Jira OnDemand solution. When I try to create a new project (which I achieve by either going to the Projects > Create Project menu, or by going to the Browse Projects page and clicking the Create New Project button. From here I see a popup with the project types. I can select the agile project type and click next, but then when I try to click "Try for Free" it has no effect. I previously created another test project using a different project type (I think "Software Development") I was able to create the project without any issues, so it obviously has something to do with creating an Agile project type.
