Wrong Error Message When Moving Issue Into Sprint without Edit Permission

Steps to Reproduce

Create 2 new sprints
Start Sprint 1
Configure Permission Scheme and remove 'Edit Issues' permission
Go back to plan mode and try to drag an issue from Sprint 2 to Sprint 1

Expected Result

The error message that pops up should indicate the error is due to the 'Edit Issues' Permissions.

Actual Result

Error message just says "Bad Request"

In the console of the Dev Tools, we see that the permission message does exist, but is not displayed. (screenshots attached).
