Refresh board message not cleared when board is refreshed as a result of page focusing

Currently the board refreshes but the message stays, which is misleading as the board has properly updated already.

Another bug we've found here - if you see the dialog and wait for about a minute and the go to a different window and return to this one - the view is not updated.
