Epic "Mark as Done" gives an Error: "You do not have permission to edit issues in this project."

This error systematically occurs if the Epic is closed in JIRA.

From a JIRA Admin point of view I understand why this is happening and I agree not to allow updating closed JIRA issues (default JIRA behaviour).

However from a GH/JIRA User point of view, the error message does not make sense and I am confused as why we have separate "Epic Status" and JIRA issue "Status" fields.
