GreenHopper ReIndex Needed Flag is Not Reset

GreeHopper keeps reporting the error "Scrum boards are currently unavailable. An administrator must perform a re-index before you can use Scrum board functionality." even after performing the re-indexing. On analysis it is seen that the internal database variable that GreenHopper stores which indicates that a re-index is needed is not reset back even after re-indexing.
