Use the Project Key Rather Than the Project Name on the Board's Filter Query

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a new board
2. Select any project
3. Renamed the project's name that is associated with the board
4. The process will resulted in an empty backlogs

This is due to a renamed project. Perhaps the generated filter query can use the project's key rather than the project's name
