Epic was created and not invisible, yet success message did not tell me it was invisible

1. Load a board for a specific project
2. Click "Create Epic" button
3. Choose another project
4. Create Epic

You see a success message "Your epic ... has been created". It should instead be "Your epic ... has been created but is not currently visible" or whatever the exact message is when you do the same thing for issues.

This problem is particularly nasty when you are viewing a board of a project you do not have Create Issue permission for – the current project will never be chosen and hence all epics created will always be invisible but you will never know.
