"Create Board" Pop up dialog is not showing properly if Cancel it and open again

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Manage Boards
2. Tools > Create Board
3. Then Click on the "Advanced" tab and the Presets tab few times, then Cancel the dialog
4. Try to open the Create Board again, it will not showing in the correct size:
