Cannot set time range on charts on Cumulative Flow Diagram on Scrum Board

    Description

      1. Go to a chart
      2. click on the date at the top of the board to bring up the date selector menu
      3. select any dates under custom
      4. attempt to use a custom time to view the board over
      5. the time is not updated. (bug)

      It is expected that the time is updated.

      This appears to be new in 6.0.6-SNAPSHOT or 6.0.5.
