Time values on marker displayed in hours after open of other mode, instead of normal JIRA format: *d, *h, *m

When initially using the marker time values always display in 'Pretty' format *d, *h, *m.

This is a bug because if the JIRA time format is set to just 'Hours' or 'Days' it should use that format.

But there is a further bug. When you open Report mode then return to the Plan mode the marker will then display just a number of hours (for example 150h). A reload is required to fix this.
