Rapid Board Burndown Chart does not correctly handle subtasks scope change

Subtasks appear as added to sprint when they are created, and not when the parent issue is added to the sprint.

Also, if you add and then remove a parent from a sprint, subtasks appear as never having been added to the sprint, even though they were part of the sprint when the parent was.
