Adding first issues to a project on plan mode breaks Sprint Marker

Evaluator experience will be bad

Repro:
Create new Project and Board
Create your first issues (i did with create another toggled)
Will be populated above the sprint marker
start sprint button will remain disabled unless you move marker, even though issues exist above the marker.
