"Use Agile By Default" corrupts OnDemand user menu

    Description

      In OnDemand 146, after clicking the "Use Agile By Default" menu entry in the OnDemand drop-down user menu, the original layout of the user menu itself somehow got "corrupted", and clicking the corrupted user menu brings about another error screen. Please see attached screen-shots for details.

      This happens with both a clean-installed and an upgraded (from 144) OnDemand instance.

      (Edit: actually it happens with an older version 5.9.5 as well. Just didn't see it earlier. So it's not a new issue brought by 5.9.7-rc1)
