Dragging items above the marker when instant filter is on does not work correctly

Two variations, worst case:

• With sprint marker at the top of the screen
• Drag it down past two issues at the top of the backlog
• Use an instant filter to capture two issues lower below the marker INCLUDING the LAST ISSUE
• Multi select and drag those items above the marker
• BUG: Count of issues on the marker will increment to 3, not four
• Clear the instant filter
• BUG: When you hit start sprint you will receive a warning that all issues on the screen will be included in the Sprint and are hidden by the filter (even though none are active)
• BUG: If you reload the page the marker will jump to the bottom of the screen and the backlog and the two items ranked from the bottom to the top will jump back to the bottom

Second case:

• With sprint marker at the top of the screen
• Drag it down past two issues at the top of the backlog
• Use an instant filter to capture two issues lower below the marker NOT including the bottom two issues
• Multi select and drag those items above the marker
• BUG: Count of issues on the marker will increment to 3, not four
• BUG: Clear the instant filter and last item that was in the sprint before the filter was applied will be pushed below the marker
• BUG: When you hit start sprint you will receive a warning that issues are hidden by the filter (even though none are active), the issue turns out to be the one that was pushed below the marker
• If you reload the page the marker will jump back to the correct position
