Double clicking the control chart changes the time shown to "All Time"

1. Load a control chart in the report section of a rapid board
2. Set the time frame to something other than "All Time"
3. Double click anywhere in the control chart.
4. Notice that the time frame changes to "All Time"

I found this when I was trying to view an issue from the control chart. I personally do not think it should change the timeframe shown just by double clicking.
