Control chart shows skewed data if columns have no statuses mapped

if the last selected column in the control chart filter actually has no statuses mapped to it, the CC shows wrong information.

suggestion: display a warning if the user has that kind of misconfiguration, or alternatively, don't allow it in the RB config at all
