migration of labs rapid views should ignore invalid data

    Description

      Upgrade task 11 migrates the rapid board labs data from propertySets to the new AO tables. In case there is labs data around that cannot be migrated (like string fields longer than 255 chars), the upgrade task should log an error and skip that particular rapid view. It must not throw an exception.
