Resolving 2 bugs somehow thinks you are resolving the first 1 twice

Say you have 2 issues in progress. You open the detailed view of the first bug, write a comment, and then resolve it.

Next you want to leave a comment on the second bug and resolve it. You get an error saying it cannot be resolved because it already has been. There is a link asking you to refresh your issue. Clicking it sure enough leads you to the first bug, rather than the one you are on (the second).
