Unable to edit via Manage Rapid Views in IE and most versions of FireFox

Pre-Conditions:
*Use one of the unsupported browsers below
*Rapid Board is enabled under GreenHopper Labs (under GreenHopper General configuration in the admin page)
*Use a jira-admin enabled user
*Have no Rapid views created under your user

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to Jira
2. Select Agile > Rapid Board
3. Click "create a rapid view"
4. Enter in a name and a valid filter (private)
5. Click the "Create" button
6. Click on Agile > Manage Rapid Views
7. Click on Operations > Edit next to the rapid view that you created
8. Blank screen appears - no errors in logs or on the browser
