Reopen an Issue cause it's original estimate being remove from Ideal Burn Down Guideline

    Description

      This problem only happen After:

      1. Adding a post function to set the remaining time = 0 as stated by JC's comment in GHS-2696.
      2. Reopen issue and close issue again to correcting the worklog (time spent).

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Set post function The Remaining Estimate of the issue will be set to 0. for Transitions Close Issue and Resolve issue.
      2. Create 2 issues (with 1 day original estimated each) and associate to version 1.
      3. Close one ticket (STR-15) in taskboard without log work ("Time Spent").
      4. Chart board show normally in this state with initial idea burndown of 16 hours.
      5. Reopen issue and close issue again with setting "Time Spent" to 1 day, Chart Display wrong Starting Idea Guideline without calculating the Original Estimated time of Issue STR-15.

      Problem reproducible regardless of Legacy mode.
