Enable background colour by default - selection is not enabled when changingissue type

1. Go to Administration -> (Green Hopper) -> General Configuration
2. Check the Card Background Colour checkbox
3. Go to Administration -> (Green Hopper) -> Project Templates -> Card Styles
4. Tick the Enable background colour by default checkbox
Result: the selected issue type colour scheme changes to show background colour
5. Select a different issue type
Result: the selected issue type colour scheme changes to not show a background colour
6. Unselect Enable background colour by default
Result: the selected issue type colour scheme changes to show background colour

The colour scheme does not change on the task board, however.
