When required reporter field is on workflow screen, value not editable in GH transition, value changed to current user

The 'Reporter' field, if required on the 'Workflow Screen' and 'Resolve Issue Screen' (see relevant 'Default Field Configuration' settings in Screenshot.png), is not handled appropriately by GreenHopper.

Presumably, if a use-case existed where the assignee or project lead wished to change the reporter on the 'Workflow Screen,' 'Resolve Issue Screen' or any other screen which is used with/by GreenHopper in transition, the following problem occurs:

• On the Task Board, when the project lead drags an issue from, say, "In Progress" to "Done" (Resolved), GreenHopper displays the reporter field (expected), but does not allow the value to be edited...

• Also, the value of the reporter field changes to the current user (initiating the transition). I would expect a widget similar to what is seen in JIRA alone.

This does not occur in JIRA if following the same transitions.

Attached also is GHBug.png showing what it looks like from the perspective of 'Anonymous Administrator'. Lastly, attached is an XML dump (GHBug.zip) of a vanilla JIRA install with GreenHopper 5.0 (the problem exists in 5.1 too, from my tests). The XML dump has a configured 'Project X' and all one needs to do to reproduce from there is drag the issue PROJX-3 from 'In Progress' to 'Done.'
