Throw Javascript Error on most of GH Pages when Double Quotation Mark is Embedded in JIRA Title

Symptom

As long as there're double quotation mark embedded in JIRA title, e.g. "TEST" (instead of TEST), most of GH pages will throw js exceptions with some malfunctional js operations.

Cause

The js exception is thrown on the below scripts:

document.title = "GreenHopper Configuration - "TEST""; 

Workaround

Go to JIRA Administration -> General Configuration, and remove double quotation mark from JIRA title.
