Performance has decreased on planning/tasks board since upgrading to v4.3 of Greenhopper

Since upgrading to the v4.3 version, the team using Greenhopper has seen a noticeable decrease in performance. Although there is not enough of an issue to change our patterns at this time, it is starting to be enough of an issue that we might start thinking of going back to an older version where performance was better.

Here are some stats that might be helpful.

• About 6 - 10 people that are actively using it per project
• We run 2 - 3 projects at a time
• Between 50 (smaller projects) and 200 (larger projects) issues within a version
• Most projects have between 5 - 15 versions open at any one time depending on projects (we break down backlogs, sprints, iterations, etc)
• Greenhopper Version 4.3
• We are all very active within the plug-in. Including stand-ups, backlog grooming, estimation sessions, & updating work through-out the day.
