Transition screen does not show even with required fields

According to GreenHopper documentation:

Tip: If you want the comment field to always display on transitions, simply set the issue type as a required field on your transition screen.

This does not work in GreenHopper 4.2-jira40

A possible workaround is adding a different required field into the transition screen.
