Provide a separate permission for users to assign issue to Active and Future Sprint

      Problem Description

      When a user is granted with Edit Issues and Schedule Issues permission, they will be able to assign issue to both future and active Sprint. As a user, I'd like to restrict only Scrum master who can assign issue to Active Sprint while the rest can assign issues to future Sprint.

            If the intent of JSW-8964 is to include the feature request of controlling which users/roles can add/remove items from an active sprint, it is not clearly stated in the description.

            I think that voters/watchers here should focus on the issue JSW-8964.  This one seems to give more flexibility in controlling the sprints and has more watches & votes, so I would hope it is more likely to be implemented.
