A customer has reported that the internal JIRA documentation is incomplete when adding a fecru project to JIRA.
If you simply establish an application link between a JIRA project and a FishEye repository: then the source view in JIRA will only show the commits/changes that include the JIRA issue number in the commit log.
If however, you set a path in the JIRA setings: then the source view in JIRA will show all commits, regardless of what the commit log contains.
This difference in behaviour is not documented and is actually rather annoying if you must use a repository path in the JIRA project settings (like for example, when using a common repository for several projects)
Perhaps this needs looking at as the finer details of the doco may not cover this.
