Cannot move open issues when ending an active sprint to another active sprint (Parallel sprints).

Problem Definition

When running parallel sprints and completing an active sprint. You cannot move the issue to another active sprint without moving it to the backlog first.

Suggested Solution

Allow the ability to move issues when ending a sprint to another active sprint with the scope change warning.
