Version Report should show issues in a sorted order

Summary

In JIRA Software, when accessing the Version Report the product does not currently sort the issues in a logical fashion within the tables. As a result, the order of the issues presented is unpredictable. This is inconsistant behaviour as other reports do show items in at least some form of sorted order.

Environment

JIRA Software 7.1.4

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Software Project with a Version.
2. Create some issues.
3. Modify these issues randomly.
4. Review the Version Report.
5. Observe the issues are not sorted.

Expected Results

Sorted issues in the version report, similar to how the Sprint report functions.

Actual Results

The Issues are not displayed in an ordered fashion.

Workaround

To order the issues, use the "View in Issue Navigator" link to view the issues, from the Issue navigator, the issues can be sorted as desired.
