I can't find some Epics in "Epic Link" search in Issue Search, they don't populate!

      More info:
      This happens sporadically for some epics. They just don't show up when searching epic links?!?!

      Repro steps:
      1. Find epic and copy the text from the epic name
      2. plug in text in the epic link search
      Result: No result
      Expected result: Epic displays in search

      The only way to make this work is to do the advanced search for "Epic Link" = EPS-2841, but this is the difficult way and it should work the other way as it does usually.
