"License Details" page throws 404 error

Expected Behavior

• Open up the default page from earlier versions, that informs users to go into UPM for license management;
  OR
• Not display the button;
  OR
• Redirect users to UPM ("Manage" page) directly;

Actual Behavior

A 404 page appears and the below is thrown at the logs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install/update JIRA Agile (version 6.7.6)
2. After the update is completed, go to Administration > Add-ons > License Details (under the JIRA Agile section of the sidebar);

Workaround

Manage license through the Manage Add-ons page of UPM.
