Two scroll bars when viewing issues in an Agile Board in the new projects sidebar

When I click on the left hand issues icon from a project's kanban board, I am presented with a "newish" user interface that has two vertical scrollbars (see attached screenshots). The far right scrollbar which looks to be just a hair short of the entire page is useless, and should not be presented to the enduser.

I've attached screenshots, with ticket details blurred out, of the useless scrollbar appearing in OS X Firefox, OS X Chrome and Ubuntu Firefox. I imagine it appears in other os/browser combinations. I've also gone and put a red rectangle around the scrollbars to draw attention to the issue.
