Version description not truncated

The version description on the planning board appears to be displayed in full without any truncation. I got it up to about 45,000 characters in length via inline editing (at least 100 page-downs to see the whole thing) before it started getting really slow on JDOG and I got the timeout in the screenshot.

It is very unlikely that anyone would want such a long description displayed in full.
