Error rapidViewId when trying to access non-existent board

How to Reproduce

• Install JIRA and JIRA Agile 6.6.51.
• Create an agile board.
• Access the board and copy the URL. The URL would look like $JIRA_BASE_URL/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=348&view=planning
• Access the board configuration and copy the configuration URL for the board $JIRA_BASE_URL/secure/RapidView.jspa?rapidView=348&tab=columns
• Delete the board.
• Try to access the URL again.

Expected result

A message saying the board does not exist. Since lot of users share a board, when users access a non-existent board, they might think that there is some bigger database problem.

Actual result

An error message "Error - rapidViewId"
