Released version does not appear in RELEASED tab

In our second instance in GlobalLogic we are using JIRA 3.13.2 with greenhopper plugin 3.5. One of our project/version (possibly more) is released, but does not appear in RELEASED tab among other released projects, and we therefore can not see its charts. Also when I check the Charts folder I see that images are created, in the projectID/versionID subfolder, with proper file time change attributes. I think it might be some misconfiguration in GH, but no idea where to look. We do release the version via version box release link in planning board. Please advise.
