Description
Steps to reproduce :
- Rename the priority "Blocker" to "A - Blocker".
- Create a new Jira project based on the "Agile Kanban" template, or just a new Kanban board.
- Notice the attached error on the Kanban board.

Workaround
The issue can be resolved manually by going to the Swimlanes page for the newly created Kanban board and change the quick filter for "Expedite" from priority = A - Blocker to priority = "A - Blocker" (with quotation marks). Since this worked in previous version I suspect that it's a new bug in Jira or Jira Agile.
