As a Certified Scrum Product Owner, I want a separate Acceptance Criteria field added to the list of Issue fields available for use so that I can write and format my acceptance criteria separately from the story description.

Several of the Agile training companies out there, such as Solutions IQ, advocate that User Stories contain an area for Acceptance Criteria. The Product Owner is responsible for listing this criteria so the developers have a better understanding of how a feature might look and behave with user interaction. Having the Acceptance Criteria also improves the grooming of the stories so the team's velocity is more accurate.

I had Acceptance Criteria as a separate field in Microsoft TFS and Version One. I can enter all that information into the Description field but then everyone has to scroll to read every piece of detail about the story and acceptance criteria. Also, many teams like to export some data fields from there Agile tool to create a large scale sprint wall to impress the executives.
