Send to top of sprint should be available in the right click popup for Work View (Kanban and Agile)

A number of our teams who are using the Agile and Kanban boards find it difficult to manage their sprint backlogs when in the work mode. If there are a large amount of issues in the first "To do" column, and a number at the bottom should in fact be worked on first, they have to click, drag and scroll using various awkward mouse movements countless times.

It would make a lot of sense to introduce similar functionality to what the Plan view contains, like the "Top of Backlog" option in the right click popup; but instead a "Top of Sprint" option.

This could be visible only in the work mode, or in fact both Plan and Work depending on your design requirements.
